Thermodyne’s 125OC, remote header, quick serve, precision temperature cooking and hot-hold unit.
Thermodyne’s 125OC slow cook and hold oven is designed for quick serve restaurants utilising over the counter space as part of the food assembly process. Ideal for both food quality and speed of service, the model 125OC offers extended hot-holding times and keeps food within an arm’s reach. This compact, slow cook and hold oven has a remote header unit to help optimise space for service, and does not require the use of a door.
