With thousands of people passing through your restaurants, all expecting the highest quality of food throughout the most prestigious two weeks of the tennis calendar, this is a real challenge. The ability to deliver an extensive range of meals from breakfast, through lunch to an evening service, requires the ability to cook and hold at precision temperatures to ensure that the last meal served at the end of the day is as good as the first.

Solution

Working closely with the chef’s at Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club, the Thermodyne 1900DWDT was introduced into the kitchen to provide that quality of food that was expected from the lawn tennis restaurant goers. The Thermodyne 1900DWDT gave the kitchens the ability to hold large volumes of varying foods across the day at varying temperatures, due to its ability to have two separate precision temperature settings across the cabinet.

The Thermodyne 1900DWDT became an integral part of the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis kitchen staff over the two weeks of the tournament.
