Drake and Morgan opened their first restaurant in 2008 in the heart of London, with a desire to deliver customers with good quality, wholesome food – beautifully presented using locally sourced ingredients. Rob Mitchell, executive chef with the group, started at their first restaurant, The Refinery and has since seen the openings of four more restaurants. Rob works with the menu development team to ensure the food they offer is of the highest standard.
Beautiful food presentation is Drake and Morgan’s signature, but with high customer volumes in the busy London market, the right equipment choices are critical. With our support, they now produce great looking food with minimal stress in their kitchens.
